Covid Guidelines

The Legacy Connection is excited to provide a great event experience! We know that this is an unprecedented season for everyone, the safety of your families, athletes and our staff are our priority. We have dedicated a lot of time, thought and research to developing a plan for safety at our events. We are asking everyone participate in this endeavor. If we work together as event producers, gym owners, athletes and parents we can provide a safe, fun and exciting event for everyone.

The Legacy Connection will follow local and venue guidance regarding restrictions on capacity limitation and mass gatherings. Below is a list of general protocols for our events. Please understand that these guidelines are subject to change based on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, federal, state, local and venue- specific guidance. We will share event specific updates with you as they are confirmed.

  • Coaches information will be provided digitally via email and video
  • Coaches credentials will be pre-packaged in ziplock bags
  • Event Check In/Registration on site – masks will be required and social distancing will be enforced. Social distance markers will be placed 6 feet apart.
  • A pre-screening form will be provided to coaches prior to the event and will need to be filled out in advance for athletes, coaches and staff. And we ask that all spectators monitor their own health prior to attending the event and follow all CDC guidelines to protect themselves and others. Any individual who begin to experience COVID-19 symptoms during the event will not be permitted to attend.
  • We ask that each program work with the Legacy Connection by reviewing all COVID event protocols before attending the event.
  • Signage with guidance and information will be placed throughout the venue and traffic patterns designated
  • Social distancing will be in place at all events. Social distance markers will be placed 6 feet apart
  • Sanitation measures will be in place throughout venues, including increased cleaning measures of performance and warm up surfaces, sanitizing stations, and venue areas
  • Water will not be provided to athletes during warm up – we encourage all athletes to bring a water bottle with their name on it.
  • There will designated storage areas by team in the warm up area to store belongings
  • Face coverings will be required for anyone attending the event while indoors. (Exception: athletes while on the warm up and competition floors.) If you have questions or should need additional info please contact – info@legacy-connection.com
